What would you change
about policies labour in your city?
Colombia is one of the countries with more natural resources in the world, therefore it has a great wealth and on paper this country should be and be among the richest countries in the world and with more prosperity compared to other countries of the globe , but unfortunately this is not true, because the unemployment rate exceeds 10 percent, a high rate for the advantages that Colombia has.
The main culprits of this
femone of unemployment and informality are the limited contractual guarantees
that an average worker has, in addition to employment this time, when people
get it, their contract to be so fragile, does not allow the Colombian to have
the stability that requires to survive in a dignified manner in one of the most
unequal countries in the world, generating a phenomenon of substitutes and
holders in the Colombian labor culture, as job shortages mean that many workers
simply rest in waiting for another to lose their job and be the one taken as
the second option for this.
for my Colombia it must improve
mainly in its contractual policies in this way would greatly improve the
working conditions to have stability in the different jobs and jobs, in
addition to the guarantee of dignity of the companies to the worker, in this
way the workers would be more productive and they would show a great liking to
their work, improving the productivity and the reputation of the Colombian
worker in front of the world, making the investment of foreign companies to
Colombia grow considerably
In my particular case, such as
work in Bogota, a lot of work is usually requested in administrative and sales
sectors, as the capital, the banking sector is very large and the largest
number of businesses are in Bogota, banks such as colpatria or endorsement
group are the banks that lead in Bogota and in those in general in which the
Colombian economy falls, on the other hand in my city the best way to get
employment is through temporary facilitating management with large companies.
